Body + mind aligned

I have spend a lot of hours in my life discovering how to turn a double pirouette. Being a dancer for many years taught me how to analyse and align the human body. I know how to get that leg higher and how to get that knee over the second toe in warrior 2. But what if the body doesn’t ‘align’ with the soul and mind? What happens when you cannot shape the body with your mind only, but the body starts to speak to you?

Yoga teaches us to discover ourselves and the variety of aspects of life in a safe, playful and harmonious way. I love to share this in my classes. I teach hatha, vinyasa, aerial yoga, yoga-pilates, hot yoga and yin fascia release.

yoga has it all

From the age of 5 I have been intensively engaged in ballet and other dance forms and later attended dance academy. Through years of physically demanding training I noticed that my body needed more stability and strength, but especially a more holistic approach. Yoga offered it all.

In my lessons, playfulness comes first: never forget to play! The experiment, continuing to challenge yourself in a relaxed way, play with balance and discover what you thought you could never do: yoga is so much fun!
