Being a dancer for many years taught me how to analyse and align the human body. I know how to get that leg higher and how to get that knee over the second toe in warrior 2. But what if the body doesn\u2019t \u2018align\u2019 with the soul and mind? What happens when you cannot shape the body with your mind only, but the body starts to speak to you?<\/p><p>Yoga teaches us to discover ourselves and the variety of aspects of life in a safe, playful and harmonious way. Through years of physically demanding training I noticed that my body needed more stability and strength, but especially a more holistic approach. Yoga offered it all.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\"><span lang=\"en\">In my lessons, playfulness comes first: never forget to play! The experiment, continuing to challenge yourself in a relaxed way, play with balance and discover what you thought you could never do: yoga is so much
